Crown Towers Barangaroo was the largest construction project in NSW between 2019 & 2021. At the peak of the project, there were 1,500+ workers on site and Total Insulation had 20 workers across several work areas.
The 72-story mixed use tower, including luxury apartments, hotel suites, retail, hospitality, and gaming required strong collaboration, detailed quality assurance processes and dedicated teams to ensure tight timelines were met.
Due to Covid-19, the construction industry was under heavy scrutiny during this period. The industry’s flagship project ‘Crown Towers’ was under immense pressure. Total Insulation are proud to have been successful in what was a stressful yet rewarding environment, delivering a quality product to its client on a project which will be a landmark in Sydney for many years to come.

- 8km of chilled water and heating hot water pipework insulation to over 100 AHU’s and over 1000 FCU’s
- Supply and return duct insulation
- Passive fire rating of pipe penetrations
- Metal sheathing works in 14 plant areas
