Part of the Barangaroo precinct, the infrastructure works at One Sydney Harbour were integral to the Barangaroo precinct.
Working across four different sites including Crown, One Sydney Harbour, North Tower, and the International Tower, Total Insulation were engaged to complete works in multiple basement locations of live buildings, a pump room and a central energy plantroom. The job also involved a highly technical site, 20m+ above ground level where earth works were being undertaken.
This project was specialized, required meticulous coordination and a fluctuating workforce to meet project sequencing obligations.
