New 4 story 120 bed aged care residential facility. Total Insulation obtained works from Croft Contracting in the latter half of 2021. Scope includes chilled water and heating hot water pipework running to fan coil units between levels, along with central chiller and boiler plantrooms on level 4. Various fan coil units and ducted fans also required sound lagging to control noise levels. In collaboration with croft, Wantirna Hospital has been a productive job with premium access to works, which will allow for a smooth handover in 2022.
