Data centres
Data centre insulation for chilled water, generators, mufflers and flues, on sites where nothing can be left to chance.
Data centres: how we work
A data centre runs every minute of every year, so the cooling and the standby power have to work when they are needed. Our data centre insulation work covers the chilled water that cools the data halls and the generators, mufflers and flues that keep the site running when the grid drops out.
In addition, data centres are secure, busy sites with tight programs. Our crews are used to the inductions, the access rules and working around live plant, in Melbourne and Perth.
Chilled water
Insulation and a sealed vapour barrier on every metre of chilled water, so the plant runs efficiently and stays dry.
Generators and mufflers
Rockwool and 316 stainless steel on generator mufflers and flues, for heat containment and safe touch temperatures.
Inside the containers
Generator containers are tight, hot spaces. We plan each set around the room we have.
Secure sites
Inductions, access rules and site procedures are part of every data centre job.
