Commercial and public buildings
Commercial insulation for office towers, hotels, shopping centres, museums and public buildings, from the plant room to the roof.
Commercial and public buildings: how we work
Commercial buildings are where most of our work starts. Our commercial insulation jobs range from fit outs over a few floors to towers like West Side Place, hotels like Crown Towers Sydney, shopping centres and landmark public buildings like the Australian Museum.
On a tower, the work runs floor by floor with the mechanical program. So we plan the crew, the materials and the factory made cladding around the program, and keep each floor finished before we move up.
Floor by floor
Fan coil units, risers and ductwork sequenced with the mechanical contractor's program.
Rooftop plant
External duct and pipe clad in Colorbond, aluminium or PVC, with falls and sealed joints to keep water out.
Acoustic lagging
Fan coil units and pipes wrapped so noise stays out of offices, hotel rooms and apartments.
A finish that shows
Neat cladding, colour matched to the building where it is on show.

Common questions
Do you work on high rise towers?
Yes. We have insulated towers in Melbourne and Sydney, including 88 floors of fan coil units, AHUs and roof plant at West Side Place.
Can you match the cladding to the building?
Yes. Colorbond comes in a wide range of colours, and we match it to the building or the existing plant.
