We insulated the ductwork on the new Twelve Apostles Visitor Experience Centre on the Great Ocean Road, a landmark building that will change how visitors see one of Australia's most famous places.
Being a regional job on the coast, the materials and the crew were planned well before they arrived, so the work fitted the program.
The Twelve Apostles are one of the most visited places in Australia, so the new centre will be busy all year. For that reason, its heating and cooling need to run efficiently, and duct insulation is a big part of that. In addition, the coast means salt air and wind, so planning materials and access mattered. As a result, the ductwork insulation was completed to suit the program.
