Hospitals and health
Hospital insulation for chilled and heating hot water, ductwork, fire wrap and plant rooms, on new hospitals and working ones.
Hospitals and health: how we work
Hospitals are some of the most demanding jobs we do, and also some of the most common. We have insulated and clad mechanical services on new hospitals, major redevelopments, regional campuses and aged care, from Perth and Geraldton to Shepparton, Dubbo and the Sunshine Coast.
Most hospital insulation work happens in a building that never closes. For that reason, we plan staging, shutdowns and access with the project team before the crew starts, and we keep plant rooms and corridors clean and clear as we go.
Working hospitals
Staged works, planned shutdowns and car park closures, so patients and staff are not disrupted.
Chilled water that stays dry
A continuous vapour seal on every length, joint and valve, so condensation never reaches the ceiling.
Fire rated systems
Fire wrap installed to the tested system and recorded for the certifier, as on new hospitals in Perth.
Clean plant rooms
PVC cladding inside where plant rooms are washed down, and metal outside where the weather gets at it.

Common questions
Can you work in a hospital that stays open?
Yes. Most of our hospital jobs are in working hospitals. We stage the work and plan shutdowns with the project team so services stay on.
Do you do aged care as well?
Yes. We have insulated new aged care homes in Victoria, including Wantirna Health and Benetas at Heidelberg.
