Mechanical insulation and cladding in Melbourne and Victoria
Pipe insulation and lagging, duct insulation, fire rated duct wrap and acoustic lagging, with metal and PVC cladding, in Melbourne and across Victoria.
Our crew in Victoria
Our head office is in Mount Waverley and our sheet metal factory is in Melbourne, so Victorian jobs get cladding made close by and crews who know the sites and the builders.
From city towers and hospitals to tunnels, rail yards and industrial plant, we have insulated and clad mechanical services right across the state.
We cover Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, the Latrobe Valley, Wodonga and regional Victoria. Work here is run by Brad Yates and Trevor Yates, our Victorian state managers.
We hold a union EBA with the plumbers union in Victoria, so our crews are cleared for union sites.

Union sites in Melbourne
Most large Melbourne sites are union sites. Our union EBA with the plumbers union means our crews start without the hold ups a non EBA subcontractor can face.
Regional Victoria
We regularly run living away jobs in Gippsland, the Great Ocean Road, Shepparton and Wodonga, with accommodation, travel and freight planned so the program holds.
Victorian weather
Cold, wet winters and hot summers are hard on external services. Rooftop duct and pipe get sealed cladding with falls, so the insulation stays dry year round.
Made in Melbourne
Cladding and fittings for Victorian jobs come from our own Melbourne factory, so a change on site is turned around in days, not weeks.
